Dispatch, Payment, Postage, Returns & Feedback Information

Dispatch and delivery time
Our standard dispatch time is within 3 working days of receiving payment. Ebay issues buyers with a dispatch notice email when sellers mark items as dispatched please look out for this notice or refer to the status of your item in Ebay.

Items are posted Second Class in the UK, and Royal Mail Standard International delivery abroad (unless otherwise stated) both of which are NOT tracked. Items will therefore take approximately 4 to 7 days to arrive in the UK from time of payment. International items will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks to arrive from time of payment. Often items are dispatched and arrive more quickly but please bear in mind our standard dispatch time frame when bidding and leaving feedback. Faster postal services are available if required for an extra cost. Please email to enquire.

Combined postage
Is always possible. Please email with details of items you are interested in for an accurate quote.

Items not received
Proof of postage is always obtained, is available via email if requested and is provided to royal mail for lost package investigation. In the event of an item being lost in the post resolutions will be completed 15 working days after posting for UK customers and 21 working days after posting for customers outside the UK. Royal Mail does not accept postal claims before 15 working days and 21 working days respectively.

Postage Details
Our postage is calculated as follows. Royal Mail or courier exact postage for weight and/or size of item plus a small amount to cover all fees incurred such as packing materials and various fees charged to sellers.

Fragile and Delicate items
Courier services restrict their liability for fragile items such as porcelain and glass. They will carry it but accept no responsibility for breakages. Royal Mail will accept NO responsibility for breakages for delicate items sent by their STANDARD parcel service. They will only accept responsibility if carried by their SPECIAL delivery service. We will only send via courier or Royal Mail standard services unless otherwise advised by the buyer. All delicate items are, in our opinion, extremely well packaged. No loss for breakages will be compensated by ourselves unless sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. By NOT requesting Royal Mail SPECIAL Delivery the purchaser accepts responsibility for any losses incurred to Fragile and Delicate items.

Returns Policy
We try hard to provide as many accurate measurements as possible to assist customers with sizing. If there are other measurements you require please ask. In the event of a problem or faulty item we respectfully ask that you contact us to resolve the problem BEFORE leaving feedback which is in line with the EBay user guide to resolving any problems. Vinyl records are graded according to the "Rare Record Price Guide" only. We do NOT use any other grading system. All vinyl sold by us is listened to and visually inspected. We generally state any imperfections as well as using the guide.

Feedback
Feedback is left for purchasers as soon as they pay.

Non payment
Please pay within four days via PayPal. Items which are unpaid after four days will result in an "unpaid item" being raised in the EBay resolution centre. Unpaid items allow a seller to be reimbursed fees incurred at point of sale. If you are unable to pay for an item within four days please let us know so that we do not issue an unpaid item, re-list the item or put you on my "banned bidders list".
