Mix the Brandy and Cheery Liqueur with 1 oz. ice. Pour into a cocktail glass and float Crème de Noyaux on top. Top

2 oz. Vodka 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar 1 tsp. Water Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice. Add Vodka. Pour into old fashioned glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with twist of lemon peel. Top

Vodka Sling (Hot)
2 oz. Vodka 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar 1 tsp. Hot Water Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice. Add Vodka. Pour into old fashioned glass. Stir. Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top. Top
