1 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Galliano
1/2 Apricot Brandy
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Shake well with ice. Strain into a Collins glass and add ice. Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
Iced Tea
Mix ingredients in a Collins glass filled with ice.

Iced Brandy
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. White Crème de Cacao
2 scoops French Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend all with 2 oz. shaved ice until smooth. Pour into brandy snifter. Garnish with shaved sweet chocolate.

1 Egg Yolk
2 oz. Milk
Shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled sour glass.

Indian Summer
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Kailua
2 oz. Pineapple juice
Shake well with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass.

Ink Street
1 1/2 oz. Blended Whiskey
3/4 oz. Orange Juice
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Shake well with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.

International
1 1/2 oz. Cognac
1 tsp. Vodka
2 tsp. Anisette
2 tsp. Triple Sec
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Interplanetary Punch
24 oz. Light Rum
4 oz. Dark Rum
8 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1 qt. Mango Juice
1 qt. Orange Juice
12 oz. Cream
1 Mango cut into pieces
1 sliced Orange
8 Mint sprigs
Mix everything except the mango, orange, and mint sprigs into a punch bowl and stir. Add ice. Float mint sprigs, and orange and mango slices on top.

Invisible Man
2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
2 dashes Orange Juice
Ginger Ale
Add ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and stir.

Irish Coffee
1 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
Black Coffee
Whipped Cream
Pour whiskey into coffee cup. Add sugar and fill with hot, black coffee. Stir to dissolve sugar. Float whipped cream on top, do not stir. Add straw if desired.

Irish Cow
4 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
4 oz. Milk
Combine in saucepan. Heat until warm, stirring occasionally. Pour into mug and top with nutmeg.

Irish Whiskey
2 oz. Irish Whiskey
1/2 tsp. Triple Sec
1/2 tsp. Anis
1/2 tsp. Maraschino
1 dash Bitters
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Isle of Coconut
1 1/2 oz. White Rum
2 tsp. Cream of Coconut
2 tsp. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Sugar Syrup
Mix all in blender with 3 oz. crushed ice until smooth. Pour into Collins glass. Add slices of coconut.

Italian Coffee
1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
Hot Coffee
Whipped Cream
Pour Amaretto into cup. Fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.

Italian Delight
1 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz. Cream
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Italian Sombrero
1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
3 oz. Light Cream
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into champagne flute.
