Juice of 1/2 Lime

1 slice of Banana
Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

Banana Margarita
3/4 oz. Tequila
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
3/4 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
Shake well with cracked ice. Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lime or lemon. Dip rim in salt. Strain into cocktail glass.

1 Banana
1/2 pt. Milk
1 tsp. Honey
Combine in blender. Blend at low speed until smooth. Pour into an Old Fashioned glass.

1 oz. Banana Liqueur

1/2 Peeled Banana
5 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream
4 drops Vanilla Extract
Blend all with 1/4-cup ice until smooth. Pour into large wine glass. Garnish with banana slices.

Barbados Punch
12 oz. Light Rum
12 oz. Dark Rum
44 oz. Pineapple Juice
12 oz. Mango Juice
1 cup Sugar
8 oz. Lime Juice
8 Peeled Bananas
2 Limes
Blend 6 bananas, lime juice and sugar until smooth. Pour over block of ice into punch bowl. Pour in Rum, pineapple juice and mango juice stirring well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice 2 bananas and limes into thin slices. Float fruit on top and serve.

1 bottle Brandy

4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur

2 bottles Seltzer
1 sliced Pineapple

1 pint Strawberries
Rub the sugar over the lemons until it has absorbed all the yellow part of the skins of the 6 lemons. Mix sugar, seltzer and fruits in punch bowl. Add rest of ingredients and ice. Stir well.

1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Club Soda
Shake well without ice. Pour into Collins glass containing shaved ice. Stir with a spoon. Dress with fruits and a sprig of mint.

Club Soda
Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda. Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes. Fill with chilled club soda. Stir gently. Top with whole strawberry.

Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

1 oz. Vodka

Brandy & Rum Hot Punch
1 quart Rum
1 quart Cognac Brandy
1 lb. Loaf Sugar
4 Lemons
3 quarts Boiling Water
1 tsp. Nutmeg
Rub the sugar over the lemons until it has absorbed all the yellow parts of the skins, then put the sugar into the punch bowl. Add boiling water, stirring well. Add Rum and Brandy. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Serves 15.

1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 tspn. Powdered Syrup
2 dashes Curacao
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
2 dashes Orange Cordial
Shake well without ice. Pour into cocktail glass containing shaved ice. Stir with a spoon. Dress with fruits and a sprig of mint.

2 1/2 oz. Brandy
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Water
Mix sugar with lemon juice and water in highball glass until sugar has dissolved. Fill glass with ice and add Brandy. Stir. Garnish with slice of lemon and serve with straws.

1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
1 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 tsp. Strawberry Liqueur
1 oz. Club Soda
Fill Collins glass with ice. Add all but club soda. Stir. Top with club soda and stir again.

1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Light Rum
Orange Juice
Fill highball glass with ice. Add Vodka and Rum. Fill with orange juice. Stir well.

1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum

Dash Grenadine

Add ingredients to highball glass filled with ice. Stir well.

Burnt Brandy & Peaches
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
2 lumps Sugar
3 Peach Slices
WARNING: USE EXTREME CAUTION! Place 3 peach slices in a cocktail glass. Burn the Brandy and sugar together in a saucer. Extinguish the Brandy and pour the burnt liquid over the peach slices and serve.
